Everyone needs to learn how to breathe correctly to de-stress, to slow down and that requires us to ‘ Breathe in Light and Breathe out Love' to that end . We give you some very special breathing and meditation techniques to use in your everyday life.
We teach it is important to breathe, meditate and pray alone initially. We teach about the “Adamantine Particles , how to use God's gift of the Violet ‘Singing' Flame and several other wonderful tools of Invocation, Prayer and Affirmation to use and recharge your daily life.
Please allow 4 sessions of 2 hour duration over 4 weeks or less time period dependent on the group.
